The Multi Aggregate Distributor was developed to provide more efficiency on the superficial treatments. Its technology allows the aggregate discharge control through a horizontal discharge system and spreading of asphalt binders to be applied uniformly.

Differentials: The whole treatment is potentialized through the 100% horizontal discharge system, which is driven by a double-acting telescopic cylinder and allows the equipment to drain the entire aggregate load without interruptions. Ideal for tunnel treatments, sloping terrain, roadways, locations near the high voltage network, and other locations where there are height restrictions.

Because it is a bucket equipped with a compression gate responsible for displacing all the material deposited, the system does not offer restrictions for more abrasive materials. The electro-pneumatic valves installed on the spreader bar are capable of providing fine adjustments when performing the priming.

Structure: Bucket with 100% horizontal discharge, emulsion and heating system, spreader bar, manual paint pen, aggregate distribution system, complete platform and operation panel, and fully hydraulic system.
