Largest production capacity in the market, mounted on a monoblock chassis in “u” beam, offered only in the stationary (fixed) configuration, the PMF is composed of two inverted pyramid type silos with adjustable gates, conveyor belt manufactured in structural system that increases efficiency and reduces maintenance costs, PugMill type mixer of double shaft mounted in parallel, interchangeable vanes and arms, allowing several configurations, providing the best trace for the project regardless of the type of cold emulsion used. Biparted mixing box, with removable bottom made of special Hardox 450 plate, increasing durability and reducing maintenance costs. Emulsion line assembled with return valve filter for tank, emulsion pump with interconnection to the diesel tank for cleaning the system. Water injection fed by a centrifugal pump. System activation via electrical panel installed in the plant’s own structure.
