Main Features:
EMULSION/WATER TANK: Cylindrical, split design with inspection hatch, double safety valve, level gauge for protection and containment of stored products, bottom valve with trigger, water emulsion level gauge, and access ladder to the top.
ADDITIVE TANK: Pressurized, made of polished stainless steel, equipped with a safety valve, pressure gauge, drain, level sight glass, internal pressure control regulator, flow reading via rotameter, and flow control on the control panel.
AGGREGATE SILO: Conical design with side reinforcements, equipped with a deflector and vibrator, adjustable discharge gate.
CONVEYOR BELT: Constructed from structural profiles and tubes, sealed rollers, rubber-coated drive roller, powered by a hydraulic motor coupled to a planetary gearbox mounted on a cushion.
FILLER STORAGE: Flanged, split-body design; upper body fixed to the aggregate silo, closure lid, and grid to prevent lump passage, serrated grate to aid in bag opening, dosing control through the rotation of the feed shaft activated by the control panel.
PUG MILL MIXER (designed for use with crushed stone up to ½”): Dual-shaft with interchangeable arms and paddles, shaft rotation control via flow regulator, split-body mixer housing with removable bottom, synchronized hydraulic motor rotation adjustment.
FINISHING TABLE: Application width adjustable by hydraulic pistons, minimum 2,900mm and maximum 4,200mm, higher and more robust finishing table box, telescopic augers that move asphalt mix with a larger diameter, powered by hydraulic motors, telescopic platforms and railings that adjust with the table’s movement, splash guard plate, manual control of applied mix thickness, height and tilt adjustment ruler supported on skis.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Consists of a pump assembly with two powerful radiators for system cooling, powered by a new inline 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine mounted on cushions, complete electrical panel, water cooling system (radiator and fan), and a dedicated diesel tank for the plant engine.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL AND READING PANEL: Controls for emulsion and water pumps, conveyor belt, filler, and mixer.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL PANEL: Lifting and angle adjustment of the mixer, shaft rotation control, discharge chute direction, right and left lift towers, lateral displacement, right and left opening, independent activation of the right and left auger shafts on the finishing table.
CLEANING SYSTEM: High-pressure washer for equipment cleaning and a pressurized diesel tank for cleaning the entire emulsion system.
