The SRMD Multi-Aggregate Distributor was developed to provide much greater efficiency in surface treatments. Its technology allows control of aggregate discharge through the horizontal discharge system, ensuring that the spreading of asphalt binders is applied uniformly.
Differentiators: The entire treatment process is enhanced by the 100% horizontal discharge system, which is activated by a double-acting telescopic cylinder and allows the equipment to discharge the entire aggregate load without interruptions. Ideal for treatments in tunnels, inclined terrain, shoulders, areas near high-voltage networks, and other locations with height restrictions.
As it is a dump body equipped with a compression gate responsible for moving all deposited material, the system does not impose restrictions on more abrasive materials. The electro-pneumatic valves installed on the spray bar enable fine adjustments when performing priming.
Structure: Dump body with 100% horizontal discharge, emulsion and heating system, spray bar, manual spray wand, aggregate distribution system, platform and complete operation panel, and a fully hydraulic system.
